Poor Call Quality (Echo, Static, or Delays)

Symptoms:

Background noise, echoes, voice delays, or voice breaking up during calls.


Solution:

  1. Ensure you have adequate bandwidth. Consider upgrading your internet plan or prioritizing VoIP traffic using QoS (Quality of Service) settings on your router.
  2. Use VoIP-optimized hardware, such as VoIP headsets, to reduce background noise.
  3. Check for software updates. Keeping your VoIP software updated can resolve known bugs or issues.
