Symptoms:

Can't make or receive any calls, even with a stable internet connection.


Solution:

  1. Verify if the VoIP service provider is facing any outages. Check their website or support channels.
  2. Restart your router/modem. Sometimes, connectivity issues can be fixed with a simple reset.
  3. Ensure your login credentials for the VoIP software or device are correctly entered.
