Symptoms:

Either you can't hear the caller, or they can't hear you.


Solution:

  1. Check your device's microphone and speaker settings. Ensure they're correctly configured.
  2. Ensure that any firewall or security software isn't blocking VoIP traffic. Consider creating an exception for your VoIP software.
  3. Test with another device to see if the issue is hardware-specific.
